You will take a 3D scan of your body to get precise and detailed measurements of your body. The scan will allow us to assess your current body fat, lean body mass and posture. NOTE: Tight fitting clothes such as Boxer Briefs, Yoga Pants & Sports Bra, or tight fitting bottoms and top are needed for accurate measurements and calculations.
Your 3D avatar will be extremely useful in motivation and diagnosis of the progress in the future.
